Perhaps the most well known attraction in Cologne is the Kolner Dom, Cologne’s grandiose cathedral. At 157 meters tall, the gothic cathedral is one of the world’s largest churches and Germany’s most visited landmark. If you arrive in Cologne by train, you cannot miss the cathedral, as it towers over you when you exit the train station.
